These terms govern our digital partnerships and outline how we build, grow, and support your business.
Webelite Digital operates as a premier global digital agency. We specialize in high-converting web architecture and traffic generation engine deployment tailored for service businesses, trade contractors, aesthetic clinics, and ecommerce storefronts.
Our primary operational production studio is located at 001, Om Plaza Apartments, Sector 19, Indira Nagar, Lucknow – 226016, India. All digital services, campaign strategies, and website developments are executed out of this global office to provide senior-level quality at optimized, boutique pricing structures for our core client base across the United States and Australia.
For clients engaging us for custom website builds (including Contractor, Aesthetic Clinic, and Ecommerce setups):
Project Timeline: Standard web design builds are structured to go live within 4 to 6 weeks from the formal kickoff date, provided all essential client collateral is supplied on time.
Client Obligations: You agree to provide necessary text, assets, branding guidelines, licenses, and timely feedback when requested. Webelite Digital is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of client response or missing materials.
Final Deployment: Custom website builds are quoted cleanly on a per-project basis. The final website build will only be migrated and deployed live to your public domain once the agreed final project financial balance is paid in full.
For clients subscribing to our monthly recurring marketing tiers (including our Starter, Growth, and Full Service SEO & PPC packages):
Month-to-Month Terms: All monthly lead-generation optimization and ad management tiers operate entirely on a month-to-month subscription model. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in contracts.
Billing Cycle: Fees are billed automatically in advance every 30 days starting on your campaign kickoff date.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your active subscription package at any time. To avoid the next automated billing cycle, a written cancellation notice must be sent via email to info@webelitedigital.com prior to your upcoming renewal date.
We stand firmly behind our lead-generation strategies. If you partner with Webelite Digital for a recurring monthly marketing campaign and we fail to deliver meaningful, verifiable strategic progress within your first 90 days of activation, we will perform a comprehensive top-to-bottom strategy review or issue a full refund for your first month’s management fees. This refund applies explicitly to Webelite Digital service fees and excludes any external advertising budget consumed by third-party networks.
When managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns:
All third-party advertising click-costs and platform budgets are paid directly by the client to the respective ad networks (Google/Meta) and are separate from Webelite Digital’s campaign management fees.
Webelite Digital structures campaigns to target optimal cost-per-lead efficiencies ($25–45 average). However, we do not own or control third-party auction real estate, immediate search volume drops, or algorithm updates, and cannot issue refunds for budget consumed natively inside ad network accounts.
Client Assets: You guarantee that all text, imagery, logos, and trademarks supplied to Webelite Digital for inclusion on a website are owned by you or that you have explicit permission to use them.
Final Ownership: Upon completion of a web design project and clear receipt of full final payment, complete ownership of the front-end visual design layout, custom structural development, and unique on-page marketing copy transfers entirely to the client. This excludes any recurring underlying software platforms, licensed stock media, or third-party premium plugins.
While Webelite Digital deploys robust local SEO frameworks, conversion strategies, and Google Maps optimizations aimed at achieving top local rankings, you acknowledge that search engines routinely alter indexing algorithms. Webelite Digital makes no implicit or explicit multi-year guarantees regarding fixed permanent positioning.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webelite Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, economic, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, service interruptions, or lead volume shifts resulting from data tracking drop-offs or platform changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising under or directly related to these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively within the court systems located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
