Because our work involves custom professional hours, specialized design execution, and direct advertising spend, we maintain clear guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and project adjustments.

Monthly Marketing Packages & The 90-Day Promise

For our recurring monthly services—including Starter, Growth, and Full Service SEO & PPC packages:

  • No Long-Term Commitments: All monthly marketing services operate on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts. You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice prior to your next monthly billing cycle.

  • Our 90-Day Promise: We stand completely behind our lead-generation strategies. If you partner with us for a monthly campaign and we fail to deliver meaningful, strategic progress within your first 90 days, we will perform a comprehensive strategy review or issue a full refund for your first month of service.

Custom Web Design Builds

For dedicated website design and development projects:

  • Project Deposits: Web design projects are quoted on a per-project basis. A structured milestone deposit is required before design and copy strategy begins. Project deposits are non-refundable once active discovery, wireframing, or development work has commenced.

  • Project Cancellations: If a web design project is cancelled by the client mid-build, Webelite Digital retains the initial deposit and reserves the right to bill for any completed hours or design phases delivered up to the date of cancellation.

Third-Party Advertising Spend

Please note that all paid traffic ad spend (paid directly to networks like Google Ads or Meta Ads) is entirely separate from Webelite Digital’s management fees. We have no control over, and cannot issue refunds for, ad revenue or budget consumed directly by Google or Meta.
